British Petroleum
British Petroleum's eastern hemisphere headquarters in Sunbury, England, had a problem using its workspace effectively. Facilities management contractor, Johnson Controls struggled to reign in five unrelated paper-based room reservation systems. Nearly 120 administrators juggled requests for more than 140 meeting rooms in 90 buildings across a 32-acre campus. Each administrator lost an hour each day coordinating schedules, settling conflicts and meeting the demands of about 3,000 co-workers and countless visitors.
