RoomWizard II

RoomWizard II is a web-based room scheduling system. It offers a touch screen display providing real-time meeting information, right outside the room.

RoomWizard II is built into web servers and allows users to find and reserve a room via the web on computers or smart phones.
It can be used in a synchronized mode with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, or other calendaring systems.
The red and green lights show availability of rooms.
The system records room occupancy and reservation patterns to generate statistics reports.
The 3 fixing options allow for using open or closed spaces
